A site visit is most useful when it answers a defined set of questions. Arrange authorized access, record what you actually inspect and keep observed conditions separate from promises about future improvements.
The DLF The Aralias decision
Aralias is part of the DLF 5 luxury research journey, but a resale decision still depends on the individual home and its records. A premium neighbourhood does not standardize every apartment.
Inspect the claimed outlook from the actual apartment and compare light, noise and privacy at the time of your visit. A neighbourhood golf image cannot prove a unit view.
Put the enquiry in context
Budget for the particular residence condition, not only its address. Renovation, included fixtures and ongoing outgo need to be compared separately from the seller asking price.
Make two kinds of notes
Keep observations and unanswered questions in separate columns. An accessible road, a working lift or visible construction can be recorded as seen on a particular visit. A future service, promised opening or expected travel time remains a question until independently confirmed.
Capture the exact property context
Write down the date, address and unit or plot visited. Take photographs only with permission and label them accurately. If you only see the entrance or a model space, do not treat that visit as an inspection of the offered property.
After the visit
Send the unanswered questions to the seller or advisor and request written responses for material points. Revisit when a key daily condition, such as access or operating hours, cannot be assessed at the first appointment. A second visit should resolve an identified uncertainty, not repeat a sales tour.
Your working checklist
| Decision point | What to record |
|---|---|
| Actual view | Inspect from the offered residence |
| Privacy | Check sightlines at unit level |
| Condition | Assess the finish being sold |
| Arrival | Check lift, parking and guest route |
Ask for the next useful information
Send the property name and the specific unanswered questions, rather than requesting an unspecified best offer. Use the DLF The Aralias project enquiry page to request the relevant plan, current sale options or an arranged visit. Current availability and unit specifications require confirmation for the property actually being offered.
